Infrastructure Engineer
The Infrastructure Engineer position participates on a team responsible for operational monitoring, maintenance, and support of all IT infrastructure systems, including Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud Servers, VoIP phone system, and critical Meraki-based network systems. This position will be the internal support escalation for Tier 3 issues.
Essential Functions
Cloud Service Administration
- Administration and troubleshooting of Windows OS (Server and Desktop)
- Configuration and management of server roles (AD, DHCP, DNS, DFS, IIS, NPS)
- Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Resource groups, role management, subscription management, backups, and monitoring
- EntraID and AD monitoring and administration
- Computer imaging and configuration management (InTune, Tanium)
- EntraID SSO setup and maintenance
- Powershell and other scripting tools
- Other duties as required
Network Administration
Provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance of Meraki network systemsEnterprise firewall managementPublic Domain name managementPublic DNS managementSSL certificate managementResolution of escalated network issuesInternet circuit provisioning and troubleshootingEngage managed service providers as needed for specific software, hardware, or project needs relating to infrastructureOther duties as requiredSupport New Clinic Openings
