Infrastructure Engineer

The Infrastructure Engineer position participates on a team responsible for operational monitoring, maintenance, and support of all IT infrastructure systems, including Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud Servers, VoIP phone system, and critical Meraki-based network systems. This position will be the internal support escalation for Tier 3 issues.

Essential Functions

Cloud Service Administration

• Administration and troubleshooting of Windows OS (Server and Desktop)
• Configuration and management of server roles (AD, DHCP, DNS, DFS, IIS, NPS)
• Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Resource groups, role management, subscription management, backups, and monitoring
• EntraID and AD monitoring and administration
• Computer imaging and configuration management (InTune, Tanium)
• EntraID SSO setup and maintenance
• Powershell and other scripting tools
• Other duties as required
