You’ll receive hands-on guidance, qualified leads, CRM tools, and ongoing mentorship from an experienced broker.

This is a commission-only position; compensation is based on transactions closed.

Compensation :

$100,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities :

Participate in ongoing educational sessions with industry professionals.

Show properties and guide clients throughout the sales and closing process.

Build relationships with clients through consultations, property tours, and consistent communication.

Work supplied leads and use our CRM systems to follow up and convert prospects.

Provide excellent client service with responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through.

Qualifications :

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job

High drive for growth : self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable.

Comfortable working in a commission-only compensation structure.

Willingness to learn proven systems and accept feedback.
