A racket shop attendant provides customer service, manages daily operations like opening / closing and sales, maintains the shop's cleanliness, and handles inventory and equipment. Key duties include assisting customers with purchases and court reservations, handling transactions, and ensuring the retail and court areas are clean and organized.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Strive to achieve the MVCC Vision & Mission each day.
• Conduct yourself in a manner that represents all the MVCC core values.
• Check water bottles every day.
• Record all tickets in correct areas.
• Close computer every day, take all tickets to the club drop safe.
• Change trash, clean windows, wipe down the bar and vacuum every day in all areas.
• Pick up balls behind the backdrop and on the outside courts.
• Mark all people on the court sheet guest and club numbers.
• Put up the ball machines and straighten the teaching buckets.
• Take towels over to the club’s laundry.
• Other miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested.
