Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Experience with Google Suite - Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.
- A minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Ability to commute into the office 3 days of the week (Mon-Thurs)

Provide recruiting support services in accordance with our recruiting support process, standards, and systemsAd Hoc and Power day schedulingServe as the primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clientsNegotiate times and schedules to finalize candidate interviewsGuide candidates through the interview process (onsite and virtually)Partner with others to ensure flawless execution of the interviewing processBuild and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, interviewers, and executive / administrative professionalsManage confidential files and other privileged information in a professional mannerEffectively represent the company as a top employerOversee travel details and communications between candidates, recruiters, and our travel partnerAbility to travel between multiple buildings / locations (generally in one geographic area)Partner with multiple members of the team to cover onsite interview experience needs and responsibilities
