We are looking for an energetic and inclusive team member with enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and administrative assistance.
You will assist in day to day operational duties, sales staff support, and client relations.
Requirements
- Full time position
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Dependable

- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work retail-oriented hours including some nights, weekends, occasional holidays

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with opening / closing procedures
- Answering phones Assisting customers
- Receiving and shipping inventory / daily packages
- Receiving and matching items with client orders
- Assisting with inventory entries
- Jewelry repairs coordinator
- Calling clients
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
