General Manager - Restaurant Excellence Team

Washington, DC – Base pay range : $100,000 – $120,000 annually (actual pay based on skills and experience).

No White Plates the restaurant group behind Michelin starred Maydan, Medina, Compass Rose and Kirby Club is looking for a General Manager for Compass Rose. No White Plates is a collective of creators with a deep passion for food + beverage and their power to bring people together through hospitality.

Who You Are :

Minimum 4 to 6 years restaurant management experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant

Demonstrated track record of strong leadership and ability to lead high performing teams

Demonstrated ability to obtain results through others consistently

Demonstrated ability to achieve positive financial results at restaurant level

High-level organizational skills with multi-task capabilities

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage workloads with minimum direction

High attention to detail and follow through

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

Dependable, reliable, and highly motivated
