Job Description
The Claims Workflow COE Senior Manager is responsible for providing leadership and oversight in the development and implementation of strategic forecasting, analytics, processes, and workforce management initiatives that integrate internal best practices, and leverage Claims knowledge to develop roadmaps for Claims Delivery. The Senior Manager collaborates with leaders to optimize employee workload and capacity through transformation of demand & capacity planning, process integration, new tool development and analytical applications as well as drive optimization of performance through resource alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Influences, builds, and manages evolving Workforce Management strategies and initiatives,; works collaboratively across Claims / AORs.
Builds and manages internal technology and automation roadmap to fill business gaps.
Works with stakeholders to influence practical uses of demand & capacity forecasts into Workflow run-the-business best practices.
Looks to enhance processes and procedures by introducing automation and artificial intelligence.
Oversees and enforces Timekeeping and HR policy best practices.
Provides competitive intelligence (benchmarking) in evaluating new and existing workforce management initiatives and technology and communicates findings and recommendations.
Communicates Workforce Management key insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Responsible for oversight and workload balancing of Claims Delivery with an approach to incorporate analytics and automation.
Qualifications :
10+ years of Forecasting and / or Data analytics experience - required.
2+ years of technology management experience - preferred.
Understanding of claims processes and operations - preferred.
People leadership experience - preferred.
Travel :
This role requires occasional travel.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $112,000.00 - 196,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
