Are You Looking to
- Assist department in implementing various human resources programs and procedures for associates in multiple locations.
- Assist with ADP system procedures including data entry, timecard and wage review, wage steps, benefits enrollment, insurance deductions, and other system changes.
- Provide weekly and semi-monthly payroll support duties such as hour and pay adjustments, retro pay and benefit calculations.
Are You Ready to
Respond in a timely manner to basic HR, payroll, benefits and employee questions.Process disability calculations and assist with leave management activities.Assist with recruiting, onboarding and exit process including phone screens, scheduling interviews, community / school outreach, preparing offer letters and preparing termination information.Assist with various facility services and maintains inventory of facility supplies.
