Overview
TheFacilities Manageris responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning workspace for all employees and visitors. This role oversees the daily operations of the studio facility, manages vendor relationships, and ensures the physical environment supports productivity and collaboration across all teams.
The Facilities Manager leads the Facilities Coordinator and Front Office Assistant, fostering an organized, welcoming, and solutions-focused workplace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and dependable, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a focus on maintaining long-term operational stability.
Please note : This is an on-site, operations-driven position focused on logistics, facility management, and team support not a path into a creative or production focused role.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership : Manage and support the Facilities Coordinator and Front Office Assistant, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and consistent communication.Facility Oversight : Oversee daily building operations including maintenance, safety, access control, and cleanliness.Vendor Management : Serve as the main contact for property management, custodial, maintenance, and security vendors. Schedule services, review performance, and ensure quality delivery.Budget Tracking : Monitor facility-related expenses, prepare reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Maintenance & Repairs : Oversee upkeep of building systems, furniture, and equipment. Coordinate timely repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.Health & Safety : Uphold safety protocols, conduct or arrange regular safety checks, and coordinate staff trainings when needed.Emergency Response : Act as the first point of contact for on-site emergencies and ensure preparedness plans are in place.Access & Security : Manage building access systems and collaborate with security partners to maintain a secure workplace.Event Support : Partner with internal teams to prepare spaces for meetings, productions, or company gatherings as needed.Operational Planning : Identify opportunities for space optimization and facility improvements aligned with company growth.Administrative Systems : Maintain facility logs, work orders, and vendor records using standard software tools (e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets, digital logs).Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of experience in facilities management, office operations, or property management.Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance projects.Working knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and basic software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, scheduling systems, or building management apps).
