We are seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to join our San Jose CA team. The Technical Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that position Flex's technical capabilitiesparticularly in Power Electronicsto drive customer engagement and business growth. This role bridges engineering expertise with market insights to create compelling value propositions and technical content.

What a typical day looks like :

Market & Technology Positioning :

• Define and articulate Flex's technical differentiators in power conversion, energy storage, and electrification.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new technologies and solutions, aligning with business unit objectives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in Power Electronics.
