We're looking for a Business Operations Associate for the Clinical Team. This position works closely with the Clinical team on initiatives and projects to monitor performance, validate outcomes, identify improvement opportunities that can be leveraged strategically, clinically and operationally. You'll be part of a remote-friendly team of clinicians and operations team members, reporting directly to our Sr. Manager of Business Operations, Clinical. Your responsibilities will include :

• Create scalable systems, automations, workflows and operational processes to support clinical quality operations
• Track and maintain metrics to monitor progress against clinical OKRs
• Identify and implement innovations to maximize quality, speed and efficiency of the Clinical Excellence team

Salary range : $105,000 - $117,000 USD
