Responsibilities :

  • Manage incoming calls effectively, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to the office staff, including scheduling meetings and organizing files.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception.
  • Maintain office supplies by tracking inventory and placing orders when necessary.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and workflows are optimized.
  • Handle daily office tasks such as mail distribution and document scanning.
  • Support special projects and assignments that contribute to overall office productivity.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and clients.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience, particularly in a receptionist or front desk capacity.
  • Organizational skills to handle scheduling, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive information.
