Merchandise Operations Coordinator - Authentication

Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! Our facilities are located in New Jersey and Arizona, where we've created The Art & Science of Real combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website. As a Merchandise Operations Coordinator, you will oversee merchandise inquiries and inventory control management within the Authentication department. What You Get To Do Everyday

Support Authentication inventory control management

Utilize master inventory control tracker to locate items outside of SLA

Track each item via detailed notes and investigation efforts

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve exception and operational issues that impact inventory

Follow SOP for tactical steps and complete each task associated in timely manner

Surface risks and opportunities to Authentication leaders for strategic problem solving

Communicate challenges and blockers to inventory task completion to Authentication management in real-time

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements :

Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment

Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results

Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills

Adaptability and openness to change

Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (moving and sorting product, etc.)

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time

Ability to read and write in English

Preferred Requirements :

1+ year of experience working in a warehouse production environment

Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite

The expected hourly rate for this role is $18-$18. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
