Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for all individuals at the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals from accessing restricted areas within the financial institution. Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and monitoring entry points as required by site-specific guidelines. Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site leadership to address security-related needs and support ongoing improvements to procedures. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations to help create a secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
