Team Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age (Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs) High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools Strong focus and attention to detail Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency Positive, team-oriented attitude We encourage applications from candidates who: No degree needed Have no experience or returning to the workforce Have military experience Access to reliable transportation Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
