Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provides nursing care in accordance with physician's care plan of treatment
- Take and record vitals
- Monitor patient's conditions and compose patient charts
- Assist in daily necessary activities
- Provide emotional support
Requirements
- Active IL Nursing License
- CPR Certification
