Summary : The Human Resources Intern will work with the Human Resources team to support the department with employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, application reviews, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding activities such as preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials.
- Help maintain employee personnel files and HR databases.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Assist with benefits administration and wellness program activities.
- Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking attendance.
- Research HR best practices and assist with special projects as assigned.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications :
