Desktop Support Engineer (Early Career)

About the Position

• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and future planning needs of the company's Windows desktop environment
• Design and maintain desktop re-imaging and software deployment system
• Deploy and support new and existing Windows Desktops
• Ensure that all Windows desktops are kept updated with the latest patches and security updates
• Install and troubleshoot software.
• Provide support and maintenance on all Microsoft Office suite applications and various other desktop applications
• Respond to alerts and perform basic remediation steps
• Administer and troubleshoot hardware issues on desktops
• Global desktop support for all our global offices - remote support for project or desktop initiatives
• Create and manage user accounts, security groups, and distribution lists

Base Salary Range

$75,000 - $90,000 - Salaries are based on numerous factors such as skills, experience, and education. Our compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits program for full-time employees. For more information, reach out to your recruiter.
