What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies when required. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and promote a security-minded environment. Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points within the educational location to help to deter unauthorized entry. Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and / or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and site standards. Collaborate with campus staff and / or law enforcement as needed to support a secure environment within the educational setting. Minimum Requirements : You must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. You must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
