Compensation : $75-85K
Responsibilities :
- Process credit card payments, invoices, and daily sales reports.
- Post AR, AP, and inventory transactions to the General Ledger.
- Perform inventory adjustments and reconciliations.
- Prepare and present statements, such as balance sheets, income, and cash flow.
- Send invoices and customer statements.
- Run weekly AR Aging and backlog reports.
- Manage tax payments.
- Process purchase orders, accruals, and expense reports.
- Prepare PowerPoint slides for monthly recap meetings.
- Conduct bank and GL reconciliations.
