Responsibilities
- Assist members with account and policy updates, including changes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Verify and maintain accurate member contact information, ensuring all records are current.
- Respond to incoming calls and messages from members, providing clear information and friendly service.
- Schedule appointments or consultations for team members or management as needed.
- Address all inquiries and service requests within established timelines to ensure member satisfaction.
Requirements
Must Obtain Property / Casualty LicensePossess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.Great customer service skills.Driven and goal-oriented individual.Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.Performing outbound calls and emails
