A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities :
Own post-sale customer relationship and act as the primary technical point of contact
Drive product implementation, adoption, and usage through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and enhancements tailored to client needs
Required Qualifications :
8+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solution Consulting in a SaaS or software product company
Strong SQL skills and working experience with Python or R
Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related field
Experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer-facing businesses is highly desirable
