Location : Amarillo, TX

Reports to : PM Manager / Parts Manager

Travel : 80% Travel

Compensation : $28-32 / hour + Company Benefits

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Preventive Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and longevity. This is a field-based / customer-facing role requiring excellent technical and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and systems (e.g., HVAC, differentials, air systems, etc.)
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend repairs or replacements
• Document service work, inspections, and maintenance records accurately
• Follow all company safety protocols and industry best practices
• Communicate effectively with about service results and recommendations
• Use tools, diagnostic equipment, and service software effectively
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards

Working conditions

Lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and / or pulling; climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and / or crawling; and significant finger dexterity necessary.

The employee may be required to wear appropriate PPE equipment. The employee could occasionally be exposed to extreme temperatures, fumes, or airborne particles. The noise level in the workplace is moderate.
