What You'll Do :

Operate as a central communication point for the site, handling incoming calls and coordinating responses to incidents and requests.

Monitor surveillance systems and alarm panels, reporting any irregularities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Dispatch security personnel to various locations within the financial institution as required, maintaining accurate logs of all dispatch activities.

Support customer service efforts by providing information and assistance to staff, visitors, and / or clients as needed.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as appropriate for the location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and procedures.

Work closely with Allied Universal team members and on-site contacts to help to deter unwanted activity and help to maintain a secure environment.

Document and report all incidents, observations, and security-related activities in a thorough and timely manner.

Conduct regular checks of communication equipment and systems to confirm operational readiness.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
