We’re seeking a highly motivated Industrial Acquisitions Analyst to join a growing real estate investment team focused on acquiring industrial assets across the U.S. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who’s eager to learn, work hard, and grow within a high-performing acquisitions platform.

About the Role

You’ll be on the front lines of our deal sourcing efforts — building relationships with brokers, identifying new investment opportunities, and helping fuel the firm’s growth in the industrial real estate market.

This is a tech-forward, process-driven role that emphasizes relationship-building over complex modeling. Our proprietary systems and AI tools handle the heavy lifting behind financial analysis, allowing you to focus on the conversations that matter.

What You’ll Do

• Make daily outreach calls to industrial real estate brokers (we provide contact lists and call scripts)
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers to uncover new opportunities
• Track conversations and listings in our CRM system
• Forward qualified deals to senior team members for underwriting and evaluation
