THE OPPORTUNITY
MiQ is seeking a Senior Sales Director in Atlanta who will be a strategic, client‑focused leader responsible for driving significant revenue growth, cultivating deep client relationships, and managing a high‑performing sales team. This role is pivotal in delivering on MiQ’s commercial goals, ensuring excellent client service, and fostering collaboration, learning, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide leadership and strategy for a sales team within a designated region. Grow sustainable media and deliver regional revenue by executing MiQ’s sales strategy and leveraging available tools and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver ambitious revenue targets, growing MiQ’s business through new and existing client partnerships.
- Identify, pursue, and close new buying points while expanding relationships with current clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Leverage strategic partnerships and innovative product offerings to underpin revenue growth, including leading commercial initiatives and product launches.
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering high performance, learning and collaboration.
- Onboard new team members, provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities.
- Work closely with Trading, Account Management, and Marketing teams to align on client goals and deliver optimal outcomes.
- Implement and optimize sales processes, monitor key performance metrics, and champion MiQ’s values and culture.
Your Qualifications
5–7 years of programmatic, digital or media sales experience.Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth in a sales leadership role.Demonstrated ability to build and sustain deep, trusted client relationships.Experience managing and developing high‑performing sales teams.Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills.Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail.Passion for learning, personal development and continuous improvement.What Success Looks Like

For individuals assigned or hired to work in Georgia, MiQ must include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role : $180,000–$200,000. The range may vary for positions outside of Georgia. Candidates can expect discussion of budget, competitive bonus and commission packages during initial conversations.
