We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, quality control, and safety protocols to ensure efficient production processes and maintain high-quality standards.

Role : Manufacturing Associate
Schedule Options :
Sunday – Tuesday with alternating Wednesday, 2 : 00 PM – 2 : 30 AM
- Thursday – Saturday with alternating Wednesday, 2 : 00 PM – 2 : 30 AM

Candidates must have minimum Aseptic Technique and a mix of experience with :
Mammalian cell culturingAutoclaveCentrifugeHPLCMedia / solution preparationDuties and Responsibilities :
Understand aseptic technique conceptsPerform aseptic technique and make spot corrections to unacceptable practicesOperate and maintain equipmentPerform basic troubleshooting of equipmentPrepare solutions and materialsDemonstrate basic technical, engineering, and mechanical knowledgeParticipate in facility start-up and technical transfer activitiesAssist with validation activitiesReceive, organize, and procure materialsIdentify, communicate, and resolve material discrepanciesUse support systems (e.g. LIMS) with some proficiencyExecute and understand manufacturing processes and methodsIdentify and correct unacceptable practicesCollect, record, review, and analyze process data per Good Documentation PracticesFollow compliance regulations and cGMPs; begin to understand the rationaleExecute and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Execute and revise Batch Records (BRs)Train others on basic SOPs, equipment, and unit operationsContribute to non-conforming event and deviation documentationUtilize basic Microsoft applications effectively (Excel, Word, Outlook)Suggest and participate in continuous improvement and technical problem solvingSupport regulatory inspections and client auditsCross-train and perform duties across the site as neededPerform well under direct supervision; begin working independently on basic tasksMay be required to work holidays, weekends, overtime, or outside normal business hoursContribute to departmental goals and operationsPerform tasks in compliance with applicable regulations, international standards, policies, and SOPsUnderstand Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Other duties as assignedMay assist in other departmentsKnowledge / Skills / Abilities :
