Job Description

The SPM will be responsible for :

Client Relationship Management :

• Build and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external clients, adopting a proactive, client-focused approach.
• Gather client feedback regularly and implement improvements to enhance project delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends and external factors that may impact the business or client needs, ensuring the team adapts to changing circumstances.

Project Oversight & Team Performance :

Project Financial Management : Take responsibility for the financial health of projects by overseeing overall financial performance, including tracking change orders, monthly cash flow, and project projections.
