Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services. This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning :
• Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies that align with business goals, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Procurement & Supplier Management :
• Lead sourcing activities, evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the availability of high-quality materials and services.
• Inventory Control :
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement systems to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Logistics Oversight :
• Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :
• Partner with internal departments such as operations, finance, and production to align supply chain activities with organizational needs and demand forecasts.
• Performance Optimization :
• Track and analyze key supply chain metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance performance.
• Risk Management :
• Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
• Compliance :
• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations, including ITAR requirements.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00 / yr.
