Workday Program Manager

A company is looking for a Workday Program Manager to oversee and manage Workday implementations and support within their healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Workday, ensuring alignment with healthcare system objectives

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

Drive change management initiatives and coordinate training and support for users and support teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, or eight years of healthcare experience in relevant areas

Three years of experience managing human capital, financial, or supply chain systems

At least one year of leadership experience in leading teams

Strong business orientation and experience in the healthcare industry managing IT activities

Expertise in project management and change management
