Forward Motion Lending is seeking a powerhouse Commercial Mortgage Account Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, enterprising professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting client lending needs for private lending, commercial, multifamily (MF), and single-family residential (SFR) real estate finance.

The ideal candidate will be confident in quickly responding to incoming loan inquiries, sourcing new business, structuring commercial and residential transactions, while managing loans that align with established credit criteria—delivering strong profitability while minimizing risk. You'll have experience with ground-up construction and residential transition loans and be able to handle both company-generated and self-generated leads and play a key role in expanding our lending footprint.
