Job Description

  • Responsible for oversight of 4 maintenance techs and the predictive / PM maintenance program of a chemical operation
  • Responsible for planning and scheduling of predictive and preventative maintenance scheduling jobs in their CMMS system (SAP)
  • Responsible for day-to-day supervision of the equipment
  • Will manage the spare parts inventory
  • Will mentor, coach and train and give guidance to the team

    • Key Requirements

  • 3-5 Years of Leadership plus 8+ years in Maintenance
  • Prefer out of Chemicals but not required
  • 480 3-phase electric with multi-craft background
  • Strong Planning and Scheduling background with a legitimate CMMS system preferably SAP
