Job Description This position reports to the Dean of CASE and will be the primary support for student
population academic success.
Range: $27.47 – $30.22 Duties & Responsibilities ● Work with the entire student body and faculty to ensure student success and
retention.
● Conduct advising sessions for students with the use of EAB Navigate and other
academic software tools.
● Collaborate with students to create individualized academic plans aligned with
their academic and career aspirations.
● Coordinate and administer placement testing.
● Staff information sessions during and outside of routine office hours.
● Provide ongoing student academic support and coordinate early intervention
● Counsel students with disabilities on their academic plans, preparing all
necessary paperwork for confidential communication with their faculty
● Assist the Dean of CASE in daily duties, including managing office personnel,
technology support, and data reporting
● Manage analytics and data visualization to forecast, promote, and monitor
retention
● Create and implement digital recruitment campaigns Qualification Standards ● High proficiency with Ed-tech and academic management software such as
Colleague, EAB Navigate, Office software, and collaboration/communication tools
● Familiarity with data management systems, analysis, and reporting.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Experience working with and supporting students with disabilities.
● Experience providing academic advising and preparing student course plans.
● Ability to think critically and produce patterns of student/client behaviors in oral
and written formats.
● Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and to using data to close equity
gaps and increase inclusion amongst different demographic populations.
● Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
● Ability to staff periodic retention and recruitment events outside of routine office
hours
● Fluency in a language other than English is preferred. Education
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in related field; master`s degree in student personnel,
higher education, business administration or data analytics is a plus
