Managed Services Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Managed Services Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Drive operational readiness and governance for Managed Services portfolio

Develop pricing structures and support contract management for Managed Services

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in professional services, managed services, or operations management in a technology or SaaS environment

Strong understanding of managed services and recurring revenue business models

Experience with pricing, commercial governance, and contract / project management

Ability to build and manage partnerships with third-party service providers

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
