Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Planner Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine standards for vetting, hiring, and onboarding new financial experts

Implement and optimize tools and workflows for planner operations and manage training programs

Build programs to enhance planner engagement, satisfaction, and retention

Qualifications & Experience

6+ years of experience in operations, program management, or workforce management

Proven ability to build and scale operational systems for a credentialed or contractor-based workforce

Experience managing contracts, payments, and compliance with external professionals

Strong process and project management skills, with a focus on continuous improvement

Experience with program management tools or global scaling processes is a plus
