Admissions Coordinator

A company is looking for an Admissions Coordinator to support individuals and families seeking treatment.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking care, guiding them through the admissions process

Collaborate with business development teams to manage incoming referrals and maintain relationships with referral sources

Verify insurance benefits and coordinate financial options while ensuring operational excellence and meeting admissions KPIs

Required Qualifications :

A bachelor's degree in marketing and / or behavioral health science is preferred

3+ years of experience in behavioral health admissions or related fields

Strong call center, client engagement, or healthcare sales experience

Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), EMRs, and Office Suite

Typing speed of 50+ WPM while engaging in client conversations
