Job Title : Controller / CFO

Job Location : On Site in Amarillo

Salary : $120k-$150k DOE (Bonus, PTO, Insurance, Retirement Plan, AWESOME Culture)

Requirements : 7+ years of Accounting and Finance Experience. Ideally need to have CPA or CPA in progress

Based in Amarillo, TX, we're a family-owned, fast-growing utility contractor serving the telecom industry. Over the past seven years, we've expanded from just 5 team members to a tight-knit crew of 80, with annual revenues surpassing $60M. We're proud of the strong relationships we've built across the industry and the collaborative culture we've fostered along the way. Right now, we're looking for a hands-on CFO to lead our small accounting team, take charge of financial oversight, and drive budgeting and planning to support our next phase of growth. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and investment planning
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations
• Lead internal audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Analyze financial data to guide operational and strategic decisions
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost efficiency
• Evaluate and manage financial risks and opportunities
• Present financial insights to the CEO and stakeholders
