Key Responsibilities
Develop and scale analytics capabilities in alignment with company priorities
Enable data-driven decision-making through analyses, reports, and dashboards
Ensure data quality and governance across systems and promote best practices
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in data and analytics roles
Strong technical foundation in modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt)
Experience with experimentation design and statistical analysis
Proficiency in visualization and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
Experience in e-commerce, healthtech, or consumer health is a bonus
