Here’s where you come in :

We are currently seeking an Insurance Solutions Specialist (ISS) to join our Personal Lines team. You’ll primarily be responsible for generating new business revenue from the existing client base through cross sell opportunities and the upselling of additional lines or limits.

These opportunities will be found through management of a 120-day expiration list. The ISS will incorporate the automated service model at the beginning of the sales process to set expectations with clients regarding the advantages of the model.

Other responsibilities of the Insurance Solutions Specialist role include :

  • Establishing points of contact and procedures for service and renewal needs.
  • Utilizing the Multi-Line Intake Form to capture all relevant prospective client data for all potential segments.
  • Tracking new business production and pipeline activity in the company CRM system (CORE).
  • Working with incoming leads of qualifying size (walk ins, telephone, internet referrals, etc.) not specifically referred to another producer.

You’re great at :

Ideally, you’ll be well versed in sales, marketing, and customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications.

You will express the ability to practice independent judgment, organization, and interpersonal communication skills. You should also have at least two years of insurance experience.

Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge in these applications will help. Applied Agency Management System (Epic) experience preferred but not required.

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually, impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
