Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll work on a maintenance team assisting residents for a housing community in Chillicothe, Ohio. You’ll operate basic hand tools, follow safety procedures and conduct routine maintenance of property and equipment.

Responsibilities :

Respond to and complete work orders

Conduct routine maintenance of buildings and equipment

Perform preventative maintenance

Handling basic repairs and maintenance

Qualifications and Requirements :

Experience with hand and power tools

Ability to trouble shoot issues as they arise

Previous maintenance experience

The base pay range for this position is $16.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
