What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as required.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business property and its perimeter.

Observe and report any unusual activity or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence throughout the assigned area.

Support Allied Universal in upholding client expectations through professional conduct and adherence to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Experience in customer service is preferred.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Experience in driving-related posts is preferred.

Holding a Guard Card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
