What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk. Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency response personnel when appropriate. Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious activity. Document all incidents and / or activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols. Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and vendors to address inquiries and provide information as needed. Minimum Requirements : At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
