What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.

Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials for employees, visitors, and vendors as required.

Assist with the registration and logging of guests and deliveries at the front desk.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.

Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity.

Assist with emergency response activities at the location in accordance with established protocols.

Document and report incidents, irregularities, and / or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements :

At least two years of security-related experience is required.

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
