We are currently seeking part time and full-time positions for ABA Therapist to implement ABA services as designed and supervised by a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Primary Responsibilities of an ABA Therapist include :

• Builds rapport and communicates effectively with clients and caregivers.
• Implements all program objectives, current skill acquisition programming and behavior intervention plan or protocol.
• Collects and maintains data as instructed by supervising BCBA / LBA.
• Maintains cultural sensitivity across diverse clientele.
• Continuously develops understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and applies information learned in training and during on-site consultations to their work.
• Communicates needs in regard to consultation and feedback to BCBA / LBA on all assigned cases.
