Established facilities management business seeks US based Director of Acquisitions & Integration to source, execute and operationally lead new US based venture. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Acquisitions & Integration will lead strategic M&A initiatives across the US market. This role combines deal origination, financial and commercial evaluation, and post-acquisition integration oversight. You will be instrumental in identifying acquisition targets, building relationships with business owners, and executing transactions that drive long-term value. Main duties and responsibilities include the following :
