Product Development Specialist

A company is looking for a New Product Development Specialist to assist in managing cross-functional projects and contribute to product development.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor product performance by tracking KPIs, user feedback, and support trends

Drive continuous improvement by identifying enhancement opportunities based on data and customer insights

Manage post-launch roadmap by collaborating with various departments to execute updates and fixes

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the mortgage or reverse mortgage market

Experience in Banking with a strong understanding of banking product offerings preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities

Ability to influence decisions and build consensus across levels and functions

Strong analytical skills, comfortable with metrics and data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
