VP, Enterprise Data

Overview

Reporting to the CIO, our Vice President of Enterprise Data is a key member of the IT leadership team who will oversee the collection, management, storage, delivery, and advanced use of data across the organization. This role partners with business leaders to understand their data needs and challenges, defines a development roadmap that aligns with company objectives, and delivers high quality data solutions. This position plays an important role in defining and building the data governance program, ensuring adoption of good data management practices. Ultimately, this position and leadership of the team empower the company through data and provide a forward-looking view for Rollins’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage team delivery, resource allocation, performance, and career development
• Establish team goals / KPIs and effectively track progress against them
• Responsible for overall team morale and supports a collaborative environment
• Be an active, decisive, strategic voice and advocate on the IT Leadership Team, driving the data vision forward, all while improving the quality of our decision making
• Design, build and drive overall strategy, methodology, and roadmaps for processes, systems, tools and capabilities required to produce and maintain our core data assets
• Work closely and collaborate with functional and business stakeholders to synthesize and provide guidance on overall data design and architecture, and drive data driving business insights
• Oversee the development and implementation of enterprise data management strategies to collect, store and increase usability and quality of enterprise data from multiple sources
• Define and execute the data integration and reporting approach to ongoing Rollins’ acquisitions
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the data space, and leverage that knowledge to identify new opportunities and best practices that can improve the company's data capabilities. This includes leadership and involvement in our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning use and best practices.
