AI Development Lead

A company is looking for an AI Development Lead to architect and deliver next-generation Generative AI and Agentic systems.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and optimize production-grade Generative AI applications using modern frameworks

Lead the design of Agentic AI frameworks to enable intelligent workflows

Own the complete software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, and monitoring

Required Qualifications

7-12 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in AI / ML systems engineering

Strong Python experience and understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and scalable microservice architecture

Proven track record in developing and deploying Generative AI / LLM-based systems

Experience with MLOps, model serving, and cloud-native deployments

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline
