Job description

A company is looking for a Manager of Account Development - AMER.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing Account Development team, focusing on coaching and promoting team members

Serve as a trusted partner to Sales Leadership, leveraging data-led insights for sales activities and forecasting

Analyze pipeline management and team productivity metrics to implement actionable recommendations for growth

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in leading high-performing global account development teams within a SaaS environment

Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing CRM for pipeline management and data analysis

Exceptional people management skills with a commitment to employee development

A results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding pipeline generation and sales targets

Ability and / or willingness to use the company's product
