Property Sales Agent

This position shall report directly to the Supervising Principal and shall act as the agent for the Company for the purpose of selling property and / or securities listed with the Company.

Essential Job Functions

• Be a team player with a positive attitude and strong communication and people skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to organize others and have high follow through on tasks.
• Excellent computer skills and communication skills (both internally and externally).
• Self-motivation, discipline and a growth mindset with a desire to learn and follow proven systems.
• Prepare all purchase contracts, listings, correspondence, memorandums, reports, and documents for the office, as approved by the Broker.
• Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain accurate and complete files on all office business.
• Handle telephone messages using proper telephone techniques.
• Assist the office staff in daily business activities.
• Support the interests of the Company, the Parent and all affiliated companies and subsidiaries.
• Comply with all rules and regulations of all jurisdictional agencies.
• Conform to all procedures and policies as set forth by the supervising principal.
• Conform to all employment policies.
• Obtain real estate listings and register all prospective purchasers.
• Effect sales using best efforts to meet established sales quotas.
• Willingness to train and qualify for a Series 22 Real Estate License (Direct participation program).
